Returns and Exchanges

Did the product you ordered not meet your expectations? Would you like to try a different size or color?

If you do not have a receipt or VAT invoice issued by our store located at ul. Filtrowa, do not even bother sending the product back, as the return will not be processed.

RETURN POLICY:

1. The returned product must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

2. Returned products must be in their original packaging with the label.

3. The customer sends the returned product at their own expense to OUR OFFICE (ADDRESS ABOVE) VIA INPOST COURIER or DPD.

Returns sent to an INPOST parcel locker or ORLEN PACZKA WILL NOT be processed.

4. The decision on acceptance will be made within a maximum of 4 days from the delivery of the product to us.

You will receive an email notification.

5. If you do not receive a decision regarding the return within 14 days of sending it, please contact us; it is possible that the product was not delivered to us. In order to locate the shipment, please keep your proof of postage.

6. The refund will be paid using the same method as the payment for the order. We will notify you by email about the refund payment. It may take a few days for the bank to process the payment. To learn more, contact your bank or credit card issuer.

7. If a VAT invoice for a company was issued for your order, please enter the Company name instead of your first and last name in the Return Form.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Products purchased on the Scary.ltd website can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product.

2. You can make an exchange within 14 days of the date of receiving your purchase.

3. Please contact our warehouse via email: hello@scary.ltd to determine if the product you want to exchange for is available.

4. The customer sends the product back at their own expense.

5. Shipping of the new product is subject to an additional fee.

7. Products being exchanged must be in their original packaging with the label.

8. Exchange is only possible if the product you wish to exchange for is available.

9. Individual orders where dimensions, materials, or colors were changed at the customer's request are not subject to exchange.

10. In the event of withdrawal from the contract and return of goods for which free shipping was granted based on a minimum order value, the Seller reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount if, after the return, the value of the products kept by the Customer no longer meets the conditions for free shipping. The deduction amount corresponds to the actual shipping cost incurred by the Seller.
